Any items purchased online through http://www.odcollective.com may be returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Exchanges are not available, only the option of return.  All shipping costs for returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Any purchase made with a incorrect address will not be refunded or reshipped due to non receipt of item - correcting the address is the sole responsibility of the customer and our delivery partners.

All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, and in a condition for resale, which requires that it also be accompanied by the original hang tags. Additionally, a purchase receipt from ODCOLLECTIVE.com is required. Once our warehouse is in receipt of your returned merchandise, they will process your refund and the money should be returned within 3 working days after the refund has been processed.
