CAN YOU PROVIDE MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Tracking information is usually available once the item reaches the destination country - we aim to update our customers as soon as possible once our courier provides the tracking number to our logistics team.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

All orders are aimed to be shipped out as soon as possible - our products are in very high demand and as soon as they are processed in our warehouse they are shipped. A percentage of our inventory is custom made to each order and this helps us provide the best quality for our customers.

Order processing times are: 1-3 Working Days 

Delivery times vary based on the availability of the product and the order location and overseas shipping may vary from 10-15 working days for all orders that require international shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We aim for you to be happy with every purchase from us - If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to Refund or Exchange it for another product within 14 days of receiving the item.

• All items must be in unused condition - they can not be damaged or have any unusual smells. They must also be sent with the original packaging attached to them.
• Customers are responsible for any sending fees.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A RETURN TO COMPLETE?

We aim to complete all refund requests within 1-3 days of receiving the original order and payments may take an additional day to credit into your account.

We sure do - All of our products ship worldwide however some products may be unavailable to central Africa.

Shipping times are mainly based on the order location and is also based on the shipping method chosen when purchasing.

In some cases you may be required to pay duties and taxes and this is based on the laws of your country of residence.
